What types of artificial Christmas trees do you offer?
We specialize in high-quality artificial trees including Alberta Spruce, Arborvitae, Balsam Fir, Douglas Fir, Fraser Fir, Noble Fir, Pine, Spruce, and mixed evergreen varieties. Each tree is designed for durability and realistic appearance to bring holiday cheer year after year.
How realistic are your artificial trees?
Our trees feature premium materials and meticulous craftsmanship to closely mimic natural trees. Many customers tell us they have to touch the branches to believe they’re artificial! We pay special attention to needle texture, branch arrangement, and color variation.
Do your trees come with stands?
Most of our trees include sturdy metal stands as part of the complete package. Product descriptions clearly indicate when a stand is included. If you need a replacement stand, please contact our customer service.
Ordering & Account Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout. All transactions are encrypted for your protection.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t yet entered the shipping process.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping, our trees arrive in beautiful packaging perfect for gifting. You may include a gift message during checkout that we’ll print on the packing slip.
Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
– Standard Shipping ($12.95): via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after processing)
– Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after processing)
All orders typically process within 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions. International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes, which vary by country. Delivery estimates may be slightly longer for international destinations.
When should I order to receive my tree by Christmas?
For guaranteed delivery before December 1st, we recommend ordering by November 10th. During peak season (November-December), please allow extra processing time due to high demand. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Trees must be in original packaging and unused condition. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my tree arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your tree arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated costs.
Can I exchange my tree for a different style?
Absolutely! Contact us within 15 days of receipt to arrange an exchange. You’ll be responsible for return shipping of the original tree and any price difference if the new tree costs more.
