Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • All tags and accessories must be included

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Mistletoe decorations once the packaging has been opened. All other artificial trees and decorations in our collections (from Alberta Spruce to Palm) are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  3. Wait for Approval: Our San Francisco-based team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  4. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  5. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

International Returns

For our customers outside the United States (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in US dollars; exchange rates may affect the final amount
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Alberta Spruce, Fraser Fir, or other artificial tree arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
