We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions) to bring holiday cheer to your doorstep:

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our San Francisco warehouse.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Holiday Note: During peak season (November-January), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver your holiday essentials.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Alberta Spruce, Fraser Fir, or any of our premium artificial trees and decorations. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required

Important Exception: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Mistletoe decorations once the packaging has been opened. All other products from Alberta Spruce to Palm are eligible for returns.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps for a smooth return process:

  1. Contact Us
    Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Subject line: “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”
    • Product name (e.g., “Noble Fir 7ft Artificial Tree”)
    • Reason for return
    • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  2. Wait for Approval
    Our San Francisco team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Package Your Item
    Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship Your Return

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • Refunds issued in US dollars (exchange rates may affect final amount)
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Alberta Spruce, Fraser Fir, or other item arrives damaged or incorrect:
